Click the "New Inspection" button on the Dashboard.
Enter a title (e.g. "123 Main St – Roof Inspection"), the inspector name, and the inspection date.
Optionally choose a template to pre-populate the checklist (Move-Out, Property Light, Incident Report, or NSPIRE HCV/PBV).
Click "Create Inspection" — you'll be taken directly to the inspection workspace.
Use the Inspection Details panel at the top to set or update the title, inspector name, date, and status at any time.
Click "Save" in the top-right corner to save your changes at any time.
📌The inspection auto-saves checklist changes as you type, but always click Save before leaving the page to make sure everything is stored.
